Ok, it's been a few days short of a year since last time.
Here's a chart of the angle of the sun relative to the horizon throught a year.
The outer ring is noon, then 11am/1pm, 10am/2pm, etc.

Time for another ball to be posted.
It's big, and blue, and well not really blue, but it sure looks it in this picture.

I'm sure there's a logical explanation why it's blue.
